These terms apply when you use our website and book our ironing and laundry collection and delivery service. By creating an account or booking, you agree to them. They don't affect your statutory rights.
Your account
To book with us you need an account.
- You must be 18 or over.
- The details you give us must be accurate, and you must keep them up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for bookings made with your account. If you think someone else knows your password, change it and contact us.
Booking
You can book a collection until 8pm the day before. We don't offer same-day collections.
You can change or cancel a booking in your account until 8pm the evening before the collection. After that, please contact us.
We'll collect and deliver within the 2-hour slots you choose, but we can't promise an exact time within a slot. If we can't make a slot for reasons outside our control, such as bad weather or a vehicle breakdown, we'll contact you to rearrange.
For a regular weekly or fortnightly collection, we book each collection ahead of time and email you a reminder, from which you can skip a week.
Prices and payment
Our prices are per kilogram and are shown on our prices page. The price shown when you book is an estimate; the final price is worked out when we weigh your order.
A minimum order applies, shown on our prices page.
Payment is due when your clothes are delivered.
Looking after your clothes
We take great care with every item. Please check pockets and tell us about anything that needs special care in your garment preferences or booking notes.
If something is damaged or lost while in our care, contact us as soon as possible and we'll put things right fairly. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our website
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. If you can't reach it, contact us to change a booking.
We may suspend or close an account that is misused or breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes don't apply to bookings already made.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute.
